Sprinkle the corrugated surface with the detaching
spray Martellato Cod. COATING
1 - To obtain the corrugated effect, turn the tray and
proceed with the various layers.
2-3 - Repeat two more times by pouring and spreading
the dough with the help of the spatula (between
each layer of dough you can put the biscuit).
Place into the freezer or in blast chiller at -20 °C
(inside cake temperature).
Remove and reverse the frozen cake.
Decorate and portion out as required.
Mould ideal for the production of layered desserts.
Thanks to all its different components it is easier to calibrate the thickness of each layered component.
