Pearled Powder Colouring (Fat-soluble) - Martellato


The liposoluble and alcohol soluble powder colouring can be used for decorating pralines or other figures of chocolate, frozen cakes, semifreddos, ice cream, mousse and transparent gelatine. 

Available in pots of 5g and 25g. Produced in Italy.

 

Directions for use

This colouring is soluble in alcohol (suggested method) or in water (more difficult method). 

Thanks to the ability to reflect the light, this powder gives the decoration a metallic effect. 

It can be used directly on the surface of chocolate, without being dissolved, with a brush or with fingers obtaining a pearled effect colour. 

You can use the powdered mixed with the liquid shellac so that the products adheres well to the surface once decorated.

 

Caution

Do not swallow as such. 

 

Storage

Keep tightly closed and in a cool, dry place.

It may contain traces of milk, sulphites, soy and hazelnuts.
