Please note that all consignments containing food colouring in aerosol spray cans will be shipped out under our TNT Express Service Account as of January 2018.
We do not have a limit on the number of spray cans we can ship in one consignment as long as weight of the consignment does not exceed 30Kg.
The Velvet food colouring spray made with cocoa butter offer a velvety decor for semifreddo
The product can be sprayed on all frozen food surfaces, like semifreddos, mousses, ice cream cakes, chocolate, creams, etc...
Directions for use
It is essential that the surface is frozen. Keep the product at 20/25C for at least 2 hours.
Shake well before use.
Spray a thin, uniform layer on the product from a distance of about 15 - 20cm at regular intervals.
Constantly rotate the product while decorating with Velvet Spray to evenly distribute the product.
It is advisable to clean the nozzle with hot water right after use.
